Music Marketing

Low-cost techniques for successful music promotion

Make most of the social media accounts

It is important to put in your efforts to focus on more than just a single social media channel.
By making most of all the social media accounts available to you, you can connect to a wider audience and enhance your online presence.

Increase your audience on TikTok as it is one of the music- based app that’s well known for lip-sync videos and dance challenges.
Instagram can help you create 15-second- Reels which is a famous competitor to TikTok.
Open a Twitter account and start promoting tour dates regularly and interact with fans in different ways which may not be possible on other social media channels.
Try to host live streams on your Facebook like Q&A’s, mini-concerts or recording of your songs.
Upload music & clips on YouTube from events and shows and also host live streams.

The objective is to manage social media from different aspects so that it becomes easy for you to establish yourself. Remember, it will take time to get the results and see the number of followers increase. So, just be patient to get the desired results.

Team up with other labels

You and your artists can connect with various labels. It would be helpful to build relationships with your co-workers so that they can help you when required.
You can unite for a show or a playlist. You don’t need to create music/tour together rather think about different methods to support each other in promoting the music.
