Good news for music managers across Europe who can now count on a new collective body aimed at ensuring that representatives of creators be more involved in discussions, have their voices heard, and to wield decisional power regarding which way the global music business will go in the future.
Music manager representative bodies from the UK, France, Sweden, Netherlands, Poland, Norway and Finland are all united under the umbrella of The European Music Manager Alliance (EMMA) – and connected to similar organisations in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and South Africa.
EMMA will represent overall more than 800 managers across Europe, and another 600 worldwide.
