Videos every musician requires to get attention

Nowadays, videos are an essential promotional tool for every musician. Unfortunately, most musicians only consider the primary video and use the same everywhere. There is a lot that you could do with this medium. These are types of videos that every musician needs to get attention to.

Music video

The most obvious one this needs to be tweaked a little to make some difference. Tell a story so that people want to stop and listen. Pay attention to your editing, as that makes your video look better than others. You have to ensure that the viewer at least watches the first 30 seconds of that video as then only it will be counted as a view.

Lyric video

A full production video takes time to prepare and launch. Instead, share the lyric video, so the listeners have something to hear. Make sure that your lyrics are readable and a light text on dark background seems the best. Also, the font should be large and easy to view as some of them might check it on the mobile.

Testimonial videos

True testimonies from your videos will expand your fan base. If you are looking for live show shout-outs from the industry, fellows can perk up the things for you.

Behind the scenes video

Fans would love to know how you created the video, and that is what you show here. You could conduct actual recording, shooting, rehearsals, soundcheck, or even your roadshows. The viewers should feel accepted and enjoy the overall feel.

Sales pitch video

You may have your merchandise to sell. A quick sales pitch video would interest the customers. In the video, give a brief summary of what the product is and add a call to action in the end. Make sure to let them know what is so cool about your merchandise.
